Megan Fox has been engaged in Five Nights at Freddys 2 in the voice of Toy Chica. It is a horror sequel set in the spooky Chuck E. Cheese-like restaurant called Freddy Fazbear pizza and will hit cinemas on Dec 5.
Other voice cast members are MatPat whose voice is Toy Bonnie, and Kellen Goff as Toy Freddy. It was announced at the Jason Blum BlumFest panel on Friday night, October 10. Josh Hutcherson returns as in the first movie along with other incumbent cast members Matthew Lillard, Elizabeth Lai amr Piper Rubio. The sequel has Emma Tammi as its director.
In the orginal film, Hutcherson has appeared as a nighttime security guard in Freddy Fazbear Pizza. The studio has not confirmed the number of animatronic characters that will be in the sequel but published the tagline: “Anyone can survive five nights. This time, there will be no second chances.
In the case of Five Nights at Freddys 2, Emma Tammi directs once again. Josh Hutcherson, the first film lead in the film, also makes a return in the second movie, which features cast members Matthew Lillard, Elizabeth Lai and Piper Rubio.
Based on the popular video game, Five Nights at Freddy, hit the box office in October 2023 with a gross of 297 million theatres worldwide and became the best-grossing movie in the entire history of Blumhouse, and it is also on Peacock right now.
On Friday night at BlumFest, a panel at New York Comic-Con, the casting news was announced, celebrating a number of upcoming Blumhouse titles, including “Black Phone 2,” video game Sleep Awake and Five Nights at Freddys 2.
Fox gas last featured opposite Michele Morrone in Millenium Media thriller, Subservience and in the comedy series, Overcompensating on Amazon. The other recent credits that she has done well in are dark comedy Till Death, night teeth, big gold brick and the expendables 4.
The success of the original movie that earned a total of $297 million in the box makes the Universal and Blumhouse film a successor. Universal and Blumhouse revealed at New York Comic-Con that Megan Fox would voice Toy Chica in Five Nights at Freddy 2. The horror sequel opens in theaters December 5, 2025, and it is the combination of the story that starts in Freddy Fazbear pizza, where people, dressed as animatronic characters, are deadly to employees.
