TikTok star HSTikkyTokky, whose real name is Harrison Sullivan, was sentenced recently after crashing his 230,000-euro McLaren supercar while speeding. The crash happened in March 2024 in Virginia Water, UK. After the accident, HSTikkyTokky fled and spent almost a year abroad to avoid court. He travelled to places like Dubai, Thailand and Spain, all while continuing to post on social media.
He was finally detained in Spain in August 2025 for reasons unrelated to the crash. UK police brought him back on a chartered flight and arrested him. On November 14, 2025, he appeared at Staines Magistrates’ Court wearing a grey prison tracksuit.
The court gave him a one-year suspended custodial sentence. This means he avoided jail time but must follow strict conditions. HSTikkyTokky was also banned from driving for two years and ordered to do 300 hours of unpaid work. He will wear an electronic tag for three months and must complete 30 days of rehabilitation.
The charges HSTikkyTokky pleaded guilty to include dangerous driving and driving without insurance. Data from the McLaren showed he was driving 71 mph in a 40 mph zone right at the moment of the crash. Witnesses described him speeding at over 100 mph before losing control.
His family and friends attended the court hearing. They were warned to keep their phones off during the session. In a letter to the judge, HSTikkyTokky said, “Spreading a positive message and helping people less fortunate than myself—that’s what makes me the happiest.”
The prosecution has asked him to pay 18049.47 euros to cover the cost of the police charter flight that brought him back to the UK.
HSTikkyTokky is a well-known TikTok and fitness influencer with over 150,000 followers. Some of his videos have millions of views. He also made headlines for a planned Netflix documentary by Louis Theroux exploring online misogyny’s impact on young boys.
Sullivan once said in the documentary, “Call me racist, call me a misogynist, call me homophobic, call me a scammer—I’m all those things.” He added, “That’s my way of saying I don’t care… Say what you want about me, I am that cool.”
This high-profile sentencing closes a long saga that drew attention not just to the crash but also to HSTikkyTokky’s time as a fugitive. Many fans and critics watched closely as the influencer’s legal troubles unfolded publicly.
The court will hold a hearing on costs in January 2026. Despite avoiding jail, the sentence and public fallout may affect the influencer’s career going forward. For now, HSTikkyTokky faces a banned license community work, and rehab, a stern reminder of the consequences behind the flashy online persona.
